Co-founder of tech firms Retech and Esaal and co-founder of Uniprenuer Inc., Reem Musabbah is a champion for youth empowerment and tech innovation. When she began her career, she was the youngest female Emirati entrepreneur. Today, she is Vice President of the Al Ghurair Foundation and a member of the Dubai Youth Council and the Global SDG’s Council.

“One of the most significant challenges I faced was breaking into the technology sector. The tech landscape was competitive, and there were many barriers, both perceived and real,” she says.

Tackling challenges with determination and fortitude, Musabbah was relentless in acquiring the knowledge she required to succeed. She surrounded herself with supporters and mentors and remained committed to excellence. Her journey eventually led her to become an advocate for youth empowerment, and today, she does just that through the companies she has established. “Whether it’s through mentoring young entrepreneurs at Unipreneur Inc. or leading my teams at Esaal, I ensure that everyone feels valued and motivated to pursue our collective vision,” she says.

As the Vice President of the Al Ghurair Foundation and a board member of the Dubai Youth Council and the Global SDG’s Council, Mussabah ensures she dedicates her time and experience to empowering youth. “I lead by example, staying committed to continuous learning and personal growth.” At Unipreneur Inc., she encourages young talents to follow their dreams and build meaningful networks to excel. Committed to driving impactful initiatives for youth and promoting technology innovation, Mussabah aims to expand her scope internationally, contributing to youth entrepreneurship and policy-making. “I plan to continue building strong public-private partnerships and engage in continuous learning. Additionally, I aim to mentor the next generation of entrepreneurs, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to succeed,” she says.

As part of her endeavors, Mussabah has spearheaded several initiatives, the most notable being the Unipreneur YouthX, which has provided thousands of young individuals with the skills and resources to start their projects and find their passion. Reaping the benefits of her hard work, she has enjoyed celebrating the success of several participants who successfully launched their start-ups and created job opportunities with their communities. Dedicated to empowering underserved communities, Mussabah aims to promote social cohesion by bringing together diverse groups of young people to collaborate and innovate.
