CEO
Prince Sultan Rehabilitation Complex

A seasoned leadership coach at Eunoia and the CEO of Prince Sultan Rehabilitation Complex, Rana Taibah is a key figure in the rehabilitation and social services sector in Saudi Arabia. In addition to serving as a board member on the high advisory committee at the Ministry of Social Affairs (MOSA), Taibah supervises the design of educational and rehabilitation programs, crafting customized training courses for professionals, and continuously training teachers and center administrators to enhance the quality of care and education.

“The most significant challenge I faced was leading an organization that has been led by men for 25 years. For them, accepting a female CEO was challenging, but I managed to successfully show respect and understanding of the culture by building trust and holding a safe space for everyone to shine. By achieving good business results, I gained full collaboration and support from the board of directors and all employees,” she says.

A certified trainer and life coach, Taibah established a multi-disciplinary committee seven years ago to share knowledge and experience, provide professional training and support, and design and implement innovative solutions for families and specialists who work with children with special needs.

She aims to build the Prince Sultan Rehabilitation Complex to become the go-to place for all rehabilitation services in the region by continually improving its medical and operational model through learning and international collaborations.

On a personal level, she looks forward to designing her training program for women in leadership.
