Abeer AlShaali always knew she wanted to be involved in business and management. As the Deputy Managing Director at Gulf Craft, she is responsible for expanding the company into the US, Europe, and other key markets and manages the company alongside her father

AlShaali started her career at HSBC, where she honed her business acumen, before joining the family business–a place she would often visit as a young child while vacationing in the UAE. Working in the executive office, Alshaali introduced new processes and company structure. Today, as the Deputy Managing Director, she is responsible for expanding the company in the US, Europe, and other key markets.

Crediting her father for instilling values of empathy and responsibility in her, Alshaali believes that true leadership is earned with honest communication, trust, action, and dedication. “I aim to establish a comprehensive mentorship and career path program within Gulf Craft. I believe it’s crucial to invest in the growth and development of our team,” she says. To that end, she invests her efforts in mentoring and imparting education to the next generation at every opportunity.

Devoting her time to charitable causes, she supports the PTA at her children’s school. Alshaali is also a mentor at the Shaikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Leadership Program and a board member at the Ajman Media City Free Zone.
